💰 Stipend Structure
Monthly Stipend
- 1st Year: ₹7,000 per month

Additional commission of ₹48,000 in the first year upon selling 24 policies (excluding bonuses)
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 70 years
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th standard pass
- Exclusions: Relatives of existing LIC agents or employees, retired LIC employees, and current agents are not eligible.
